Spiridonov V.N., Dolzhenko T.A. Cooperation in self-regulation in the real sector of the economy

Self-regulation as an economic development model with great labour fights for his place in the real sector of the Russian economy. The Federal law FZ № 315 "On self-regulation" established the foundations of self-regulatory organizations. These foundations are the independence and initiative of the members of self-regulatory organizations that establish internal rules and standards in their work. In practice, however, proved to be very difficult to "feel" the independence and responsibility for decision-making. The situation is no better initiative no hurry to prove it. One of the reasons for this situation is the extremely low capacity of members of self-regulatory organizations to cooperate within the SRO. Is of practical interest to consider the causes of low ability to cooperation of the enterprises – members of one self-regulatory organization and to develop the methods and motives to overcome this drawback at this stage of the development of self-regulation in Russia.

Nanakina Yu.S., Baybakov V.A. The process focused approach as the main factor effective management of the organization

Enough literature is devoted to the description and improvement of administrative activity of the enterprise. The modern enterprises considerably are based on the principles formulated by A. Smith in the work "Welfare of the Nations". For the first time Smith has suggested to break production into elementary, simple tasks (works) that one worker could carry out each of them; at the same time from the worker high qualification and ability to perform work in general wasn't required it is, enough, that he specialized in one or several elementary tasks. Still the principle of division of labor or specialization of work with the corresponding fragmentation of work is used by many enterprises. The organization, the already specialization of the worker is larger and the it is more than separate steps into which work is divided. Such structure of business management is called functional. In what shortcomings of such approach and such structure? And in what ratio there is this approach to the organization of management to process and as far as they are interconnected? Answers to the matters are in this article.

At present, mechanisms for managing the resource potential are becoming particularly relevant, especially in the sphere of the agro-industrial complex under conditions of import substitution. Resources as a key element of the functioning of the agroindustrial complex require effective management. In the article, the authors carried out an analysis, identified key barriers in managing the resource potential of the agroindustrial complex under the conditions of import substitution, and proposed ways to improve its efficiency.

Mazaeva M.R., Luferova A.D. Improvement of motivation of managerial staff of the construction organization

The main task of the head of the organization to recognize the individual characteristics of each employee and to establish the most effective work. That is why no control system will not function efficiently if not it will be developed an effective model of motivation. Construction companies are often faced with the complexities of work motivation. The article gives the definition of motivation. Sets out the main objectives of the development and implementation of systems of motivation of labour: the involvement of staff in the organization; retaining employees in the organization; boosting the productive behavior of employees. Ways of motivation can be divided into several groups: normative motivation, and enforcement; incentives. Disclosed methods of motivation, methods of reinforcement, the granting of autonomy, the involvement of employees in the decision-making process. The analysis of the problems that have arisen in recent years in the sphere of labour motivation in construction companies: legal problems, economic problems, weather conditions, management problems. Motivation is an essential component of the construction organization management. For effective management of the staff need to know what motivates the man, prompting him to activity, what motives underlie its actions. The system of personnel motivation, developed by the enterprise should be enshrined in local regulations. In the process of functioning of system of management of motivation it is important to evaluate its effectiveness in order to find ways for its improvement and development. As is known, to evaluate the effectiveness of the process of motivation by using quantitative and qualitative indicators.
