Within the framework of the study, the authors identified and analyzed the key problems of institutional development of government bodies, proposed ways to overcome them, developed recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the country's economic security through the introduction of innovative methods of economic development, the active promotion of the information economy, where the driver of these reforms is government. Nanakina Yu.S. Transformation of consumer activity of households under the influence of economic laws Consumer activity expresses objectively created social and economic relations in the field of consumption determined by concrete historical conditions (development of society of requirement, characteristic of this stage, mechanisms and standards of consumption). It is caused by objective economic laws. This activity can be predicted and planned. In general this characteristic of consumer activity reflects the main aspects of implementation of this kind of activity from the point of view of political economic approach and is an object of traditional economic science. In the context of the political economic analysis identification of the place of consumer activity in system of the relations of public reproduction and the corresponding economic interests, influences of economic laws on consumer activity is represented important. For better understanding of essence of consumer activity as economic category subject to influence of economic laws carrying out distinction between the concepts "consumption", "consumer activity", "consumer behaviour" is expedient. The additional categories strengthening understanding of essence of consumer activity in work are "consumer qualification" and "consumer culture" that will find the reflection in this article. The characteristics of some types of smuggling in the Kyrgyz Republic The article investigates the criminological characteristics of smuggling in the Kyrgyz Republic due to the transition of the state to open economic policy, describes its basic characteristics, in particular, its latency, a significant increase in the qualitative and quantitative indicators of drug smuggling, potent psychotropic substances among other types of customs crimes, illegal trade and illegal movement of protected wild fauna and flora. Analyzes the interdependence and interdependence of the negative trends of increasing the share of customs offenses in Kyrgyzstan with global processes, with the growth of the "gray smuggling". Expresses the view that there is concern that public harm criminal offenses caused the data is evaluated not only the scale of the regulatory community, but also leads to deterioration of the conditions of the natural life of society - the impoverishment of biodiversity on only in the country (! And most importantly), but and throughout the world. Given these negative trends, it is offered as a preventive measure to tighten administrative control over the regulation of trade in animals in the state. The author substantiates the position that the most effective means of combating the specific features of customs offenses, given the economic security of the young sovereign state is a need for stricter regulation of criminal liability for smuggling. Ermatov A.K. General characteristics of the state of juvenile delinquency in the Kyrgyz Republic Crime among minors is one of the most important problems of society, which is necessary not only to comprehensively investigate, but also to effectively solve. In this regard, the relevance of this issue is beyond doubt. In this article the author examines the general characteristics of juvenile delinquency, its specific weight, dynamics and structure in the Kyrgyz Republic. On the basis of the study, we propose mechanisms for minimizing criminality among underage citizens, increasing activity in identifying potential and existing juvenile offenders, carrying out propaganda to counteract juvenile delinquency, identifying criminal subjects that incline children and adolescents to commit crimes. The influence of socio-psychological climate on the organization This article examines the influence of socio-psychological climate on employees in a particular organization.
