How to create effective model of self-regulation in construction branch

In article questions of improvement of the legislation on self-regulation are considered. According to the author, this problem can't be solved on the basis of self-regulation model, uniform for all branches, it is necessary to consider branch features. In construction branch as such features legislatively definite purposes – prevention of infliction of harm of life and activity of the person act when working on capital construction projects and also the way of the organization of activity of self-regulatory organizations and their members established on the basis of peremptory norms.

The economic interests of Western Europe and Russia: experience of a competitive confrontation of the Hanseatic League and Novgorod

The article based on historical facts, the analysis of forms and methods of economic competition that are used in their trade relations with Novgorod and the Hanseatic League. It is noted that the mutual profitability of the trading operations was based on a strict regulation of procedures and technologies sale and purchase of goods. Violation of regulations on trading activities, as a rule, been the subject of conflicts and the conclusion of new agreements.

The analysis and features of economic policy of Russia in development of the credit market: factors and instruments of regulation

Relevance of our research is based on crisis tendencies in economy since the end of 2014 which promoted sharp change of interest rates in the market of financing of small and medium business. The interest rate development has an adverse effect on business functioning. Importance of steady functioning of small and medium business is high and proved by the following advantages: flexibility and resistance to external changes, main source of tax revenues, creation of new jobs, social stabilization of society, creation of additional demand for the equipment, materials and raw materials. Definition of the major factors which influenced an economic situation in the country, and also the analysis of the changed terms for crediting in the market of MSB owing to these factors, will allow to assess the current situation and to define the most urgent spheres of crediting. The beginning of 2015 was marked by deterioration in state of the economy of the state and high interest rates in the market of financing of small and medium business (MSB). According to MSP of Bank which realizes the state program of financial support of small and average business, for the first half of the year 2015 the volume of crediting of MSB in comparison with the first quarter 2014 decreased by 36%. Decrease in the amounts of financing of MSB demonstrates reduction of volumes of activity of business and is a signal for identification and the analysis of the current problems. Considering crisis state of economy of Russia and the main tendencies of development of the credit market in this article it is necessary to allocate the perspective directions for optimization of policy of banks in the sphere of financing of small and medium business.

The system of voluntary pension insurance in the economy
Pension security of individuals is one of the most important social guarantees of stable development of the whole society.
Now in Russia there is a low amount of pension savings formed. In recent years, more urgent to develop an effective system of pension insurance.
At the same time, voluntary pension insurance program is being successfully implemented in different countries around the world. They allow individuals to provide additional financial resources for the purpose of comfortable living in old age. The size of the additional to the state pension depends on the contributions of both the individual as well, and in some countries, contributions from companies in which it operates.

Standards of web-services for building distributed information systems

In the article considered a set of standards used to build distributed information systems. In a narrow sense from the software perspective, a distributed information system is a set of software components with interaction between themselves. Each component can be considered as a software module or application executable as a separate process. The interaction techniques implementation is provided by a family of interactive protocols. The possibility of applying standard protocols UDDI, WSDL and SOAP was described, as well as specificity of their usage.

Management network resources of organization: methodological aspects
The text of the article gives an overview of techniques that together can become the basis for a critical approach to the analysis of the structure of Internet users. On the one hand, analysis of the conceptual system of virtual interaction participants allows visualizing the cognitive features of online community. On the other hand, the method of determining the social roles of actors reveals the destructive elements in communication. Development of the critical approach and its automation allows in prospect to make informed decisions considering different segments of the Internet.

The mobile subscriber location information in the database search time calculation

The article presents the solution of the problem of determining the time of the search the location information of the movable subscriber. The formulas for calculating the average values of search time location information of the movable subscriber in the database and standard deviation of search time location information of the movable subscriber in the database. It is noted that the square of the coefficient of variation of the time search record in the database depends on the number of records in the database.

Methodological basis for development problems of professional consciousness of lawyer

The problem of development of professional consciousness of the lawyer acquires special relevance owing to an aggravation of contradictions between the cash level of practical training of future specialists and objective requirements of enhancement of the higher legal education. With respect thereto, an important social and psychological task at the present stage of development of society is forming of professional and directed consciousness of the specialist including future lawyer as essential prerequisite for further successful performance. Besides, the great value is purchased by a problem of creation of such conditions which would give the chance to consciousness of lawyers constantly to be enhanced. With respect thereto there is an emergency in development in future lawyers of ability to competently solve professional problems, awareness of the public importance of the profession, high level of sense of justice. Only highly qualified specialists having potential potential it is productive to work in new living conditions, the solutions of professional tasks differing in non-standard creative style, are capable to change criminal reality and to reach bigger efficiency in the sphere of the right regulation. High professional level of such specialists is considerably caused by development of professional readiness, professional consciousness and can be result of the purposeful organization of system of forming of consciousness of future lawyers.
