Silayeva L.Y. Transition of quality systems of the telecommunication companies to the state standard specification P ISO new standard 9000-2015 (ISO 9001:2015)

On September 22, 2015 the International Organization for Standardization of ISO has published new versions of the international ISO standards 9000:2015 and ISO 9001:2015. The Russian versions of standards on a quality management system of GOST P ISO 9000-2015 and GOST P ISO 9001-2015 have been approved by Rosstandart on September 28, 2015 and enacted since November 1, 2015. Thus, national standards are approved practically along with the initial international ISO standards 9000:2015 and ISO 9001:2015. The telecommunication companies which have introduced a quality management system need to pass to the new standard.

Timofeeva N.Y. Algorithm of forming the bond portfolio, agreed with the forecast indicators of liquidity

The aim of this work is to develop a mechanism for the formation of a substitute available funds - bond portfolio immunization strategy. In this paper the algorithm for the formation of the bond portfolio, agreed with the forward-looking indicators of liquidity the enterprise in the immunization strategy. For example, agro-industrial the enterprise realized this algorithm, conclusions.

Vorontsov Y.A., Kozinets A.V. Sample web-service using Apache and MySQL

The article describes an example of building a web-service. For the implementation used the scripting language PHP as well as the Apache web server. Data is stored in a database via MySQL. Virtualization is applied when building model of information system.

Ivanov V.A., Vladimirov I.I. The study of network techniques based on modern information technologies

The article analyzes the features of linear and network models used for planning. Modern information technology used for planning, based on combination  of these two models. First, the user creates a linear model construction. On its basis the program automatically builds a network model and calculates its parameters. This eliminates the human involvement in constructing and calculating the network model, but requires more knowledge in the field of information technology. In this regard, it is proposed to change the approach in the study of network models: the focus is on learning the basic concepts of informative and practical application. The article describes the main stages of implementation of such approach.

Kazakova N.E. Professional development as a factor of ensuring competence of personnel at construction telecommunication objects and constructions of communication.

In article, questions of the organization of professional development of personnel are considered as one of decisive factors in ensuring professional competence of the experts occupied at capital construction of objects of telecommunication branch experience of interaction of branch self-regulatory organization and educational institution of additional professional education is analyzed.
Materials of article have been offered for discussion of scientific community in the form of the report on the XXIX Congress "Safety and quality in the sphere of the information and communication technologies (ICT)" on April 25-26, 2016 with assistance of the Russian humanitarian scientific fund No. 16-02-14108/16.

Vanina M.F., Erokhin A.G., Frolova E.A. Computerization of quality management processes work department of the university

The Department is the basic educational-scientific structural subdivision of higher educational institutions engaged in educational, methodical and research work. The main objective of the Department is continuous improvement of the educational process to improve its quality. Effectively this can be achieved only with proper organization of the work planning process of the Department. A large number of documents that make up the workflow of the Department, requires a significant investment of time in the first place, from the staff, combining administrative and pedagogical work. The introduction of the automated information system can significantly reduce the routine work of the employees and transfer the work of teachers to a new level. The paper describes the software-hardware complex of school planning of the Department, developed at the Department "Information systems" the Moscow technical University of communications and Informatics. The main challenge in designing this complex was to automate the process of compiling the Metropolitan papers during the school year. This was accomplished through the decomposition of all production processes of the Department, developed data entry forms. Output documents are defined by the regulatory documents of the quality management system of the University. Introduction at the Department of automated information system reduced the time for planning and organization of educational process of the Department by more than 90 %, and allowed to liberate teachers from routine process of completing the plans and reports. The paper described in detail the production processes of the Department, the sample Department documentation generated by the proposed information system.
