To a question of self-regulation in real production sector Upon transition to self-regulation in real production sector it is necessary to research providing methods in case of this economic model of scientific, scientific and technical, innovative development and to consider methods of the solution of investment problems. Such conditions and mechanisms of self-regulation which would provide formation of necessary structures of the developed market economy, including structures for scientific, scientific and technical, innovative development shall be for this purpose created. Therefore it is reasonable to begin theoretical researches of self-regulation with reasons for the basic principles of self-regulation – the principles without which self-regulation doesn't work as economic model. The following principles belong to the basic principles of self-regulation: independence in activities, initiative in decision making, voluntariness of membership in self-regulatory organization, ability to create structures for the solution of general tasks of scientific development, a capability to develop internal standards and rules, ability to create in the organization of structure for control of accomplishment it members of accepted standards and rules. National standardization in the field of innovation management and its influence on efficiency of activities of the company In this article the basic innovative processes are considered: new product development, creation of new opportunities, development of new types of business and development of new strategy. There are considered the problems of implementation of the innovative processes listed above. Authors give overview of the European and Russian experience of standardization of innovation management and consider the features of an evaluation method of innovation opportunities and system effectiveness of the innovation management determined in the GOST R 57316-2016 standard. Also benefits of the standardized system of innovative management are shown in article. Management of consumer demand for innovative production: theoretical review In this article the economic category demand in the innovative market which all subjects of economy – households represent, firms, the state and, in case of the developed innovative sphere, foreign agents is investigated. And, households show demand in the market of secondary innovations, i.e. the goods and services created by means of innovative technologies, and firms show demand in the market of primary innovations – on so-called innovations – processes, i.e. technological innovations. An ultimate consumer of an innovative product are subjects of households which directly show demand for innovations, so, indirectly affect the market of primary innovations, stimulating growth of size of the offer on it. Further in article features of formation of consumer demand of households for goods of innovative contents what factors influence formation of this demand and possible measures for its development are considered. On the characteristics of the stream of requests to update the location information of mobile subscribers The article describes the access network in terms of interaction with mobile subscribers. Time-probabilistic characteristics of the stream change requests location information of mobile subscribers are defined. These requests are generated when the mobile subscriber arrive to some service area from another. The formulas for calculating the average frequency of receipt of applications for the change of location information and the variation coefficient square of time intervals between the arrival of mobile subscribers location information change requests. Voinov D. "Emoji" as a technology of political communication on the Internet The article analyzes the "Internet pictures" – Emoji – like technology to create a non-verbal semantic structure and to reflect the political context in communication. It is noted that communicators using the "Emoji" are able to perform several important tasks, in particular, to inform the public about their political allegiances and mobilize the target community. The author concludes that the increasing influence on the political life of a virtual political symbolism as a communicative Internet-technologies that allows you to accelerate the exchange of political information and encourage citizens to participate in political events. Specificity of training Professional presentation is a dynamic structure of education of the individual, and depends on the conditions and factors of professional formation and include such elements as: a positive attitude to the profession; adequate to the requirements of future professional activities, personality traits, abilities, temperament, motivation; the necessary knowledge and skills; stable professionally important features of attention, perception, emotional and volitional processes.
